You are highly sensitive, intuitive, empath, psychic – deal with not feeling good enough

You are highly sensitive, intuitive, empath, psychic. Are you wondering how to deal with not feeling good enough? Have you tried different solutions to overcome this? For me the mainstream advice given out there ‘when you do not feel good enough, tell yourself ‘you are (good) enough,’ did not work.

I know, when you do not feel (good) enough, there is a very specific and valid reason for it. From my experience, there might be one tiny part in you who believes he or she is not good enough. This part has a very very valid reason for believing it. When you tell yourself, ‘You are good enough while one part in you believes you are not, you disrespect one part of you’.

Believing or telling yourself you are good enough while one part of you feels he or she is not, is, according to me, emotional invalidation. If you emotionally invalidate this part in you, you, in fact, do exactly the same that other people do or did to you.

How to deal with not feeling good enough

For me, to overcome this pattern of not feeling or thinking good enough definitely, especially as a highly sensitive, intuitive, or empath, what was helpful was to develop a deeper understanding and my wisdom. What worked for me was before helping my body, mind, and soul to change perspective, to understand the true reasons. And then simply do the work and put the effort in until I felt good enough.
