Originally from Munich, my heart led me to France where I have lived in Lyon as well as since 2006 as well as in Cannes. I work as an Expert, Coach in Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Authentic Leadership and in HR Development & Marketing. From a very young age, I have been passionate about creativity and what makes people unique. As a child, I wanted to be an artist; later, I became a management consultant. Today, I combine both worlds. As a coach, consultant, and certified psychological counselor, I enthusiastically share my experience and expertise in authentic communication, authentic leadership, and emotional intelligence. I currently offer consulting and personal coaching, as well as coaching for schools (students and teachers), businesses, and senior executives—empowering individuals to create as well as lead an innovative, successful, happy, and healthy life.

Following my studies in international economics (specializing in strategy and change management) as well as labor law and international mobility—and drawing on extensive experience gained within multinational corporations and renowned consulting firms—I have worked as a consultant for many years. I have developed deep knowledge  in the management and development of international human resources (including employer branding, career and talent management, and international mobility), as well as in management and consulting across various industry sectors.

I have also shared my expertise by teaching at renowned business schools in Lyon and Paris. Beyond my work as a coach and consultant, I am a natural-born, highly creative artist and the author of several books, most notably Black Sheep Lives Better. I am fluent in English, French, and German.
