You are a highly sensitive, creative & empath wondering how to manage your anger? I understand how you might feel. It can be really frustrating wanting to have peace of mind, harmony, staying in control no matter what, AND failing over and over again in getting those kinds of situations in life. I am so glad you are here. I am a ‘truth and deep love seeker’. I have dedicated my life to researching and understanding what actually creates a happy, healthy & successful life and why some people fail over and over again in keeping harmony, and going from one frustration to the next, struggling with creating harmony and peace in their life as well as how to finally succeed. As a former corporate trainer and consultant in leadership and personal development, I have experimented with many different techniques of emotional management and emotional intelligence.

If you are struggling with having a peaceful life, you may have tried many different strategies over the years, too, in order to handle your emotions and anger in a more constructive way. Then, when they didn’t work, you probably felt worse. You may have wondered, “What is wrong with me?”

I have experienced these same feelings of inadequacy (especially fostered by what is often communicated to us) over my years of searching for answers. I researched every solution I could think of, but often, the recommended solutions did not work. Counting to 10 and breathing deeply? How was that going to help me calm down? I was wondering if this person had ever experienced real anger like I had!

What really stops you from changing things

By now, you may be wondering, “What’s the secret? What can I do to get my emotional reactions under control?” Well, from my experience and intuitive insights I got, it is exactly this question that might not bring you where you want to be. This was the case for me, so it might be the same for you.

Being highly sensitive myself, and having trained and met many highly sensitive and creative people over the years, I have seen many people who feel just like you. And most of them wondered how to better control their anger. I believe there is a misconception about the topic out there.

During my intuitive studies (I am a highly intuitive) searching for solutions to help myself and working today as inner SUBSTANCE Coach (specialized in self-confidence and having a strong mindset) I have discovered some important insights that I wanna share with you. When you are angry, there is a reason for it and the reason might not be the one you believe!

According to me, that is why these solutions are not the best for people like you and me.

I have tried many different techniques for years, without success, and I tell you the problem was not where I suspected it. I deeply studied and researched the subject of emotional management for years before I finally understood. The answer lies in KINDNESS and UNDERSTANDING, LOVE. The question is about WHY.
