By now, you may be wondering, “What’s the secret? What can I do to get my emotional reactions under control?” Well, from my experience and intuitive insights I got, it is exactly this question that might not bring you where you want to be. This was the case for me, so it might be the same for you.

Being highly sensitive myself, and having trained and met many highly sensitive and creative people over the years, I have seen many people who feel just like you. And most of them wondered how to better control their anger.

During my intuitive studies (I am a highly intuitive) searching for solutions to help myself and working today as inner SUBSTANCE Coach (specialized in self-confidence and having a strong mindset) I have discovered some important insights that I want to share with you. When you are angry, there is a reason for it. Knowing the true reason is helpful!

What I have noticed, all of the techniques that I came across are like medicine, they simply try to treat the symptoms, when what truly helps is digging down to the root cause of the problem.

I deeply studied and researched the subject of emotional management for years before I finally understood. The answer is KINDNESS UNDERSTANDING, LOVE.

And let me share with you another insight: the question is not  ‘why do I get angry’. What?! Yeah! (-:
