My tip: Stop asking this question, asking yourself better questions instead might be helpful.

I believe, a better question to ask yourself, solve things definitely might be,

“How to attract situations where I am respected.”

Giving love helps. Ask yourself better questions, create harmonious peaceful

Welcome, my name is Julia Noyel and in this article, I share with you 8 strategies to increase your self-esteem.

If you are HSP, you want to increase your self-esteem, here you find 8 Strategies to increase your HSP self-esteem:

 

1. Chose with whom you are talking about your feelings

From my experience, if you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), it is important to choose with whom you are going to talk about your deep emotions.

2. Stay true to your high quality standards

I believe being kind loving, staying true to your high quality standards is helpful.

3. Forgive others

Forgive people, as well as yourself.

Make the difference between your highly sensitivity and bad behavior.

If you behaved badly appologize. There are efficient  powerful methods.

4. Know that feeling deeply is ok

Remind yourself: If you feel strongly, there is a reason for it. Listen to your feelings.

5. Value yourself

Value appreciate yourself, who you truly are.

6. Protect yourself

I believe using tools that fit your high sensitivity is helpful, protect yourself in safe ways.

7. Foster a strong inner happy, healthy, successful self

To be happy, healthy, successful, having a strong self-esteem, self-confidence, build a strong inner SUBSTANCE.

8. Use your wisdom in safe, healthy protected ways.

Those were 8 strategies that can help your HSP self-esteem. I hope they were helpful.

My tip: ask yourself: do I truly have low self-esteem? Get full clarity on this. Be
who you truly are.

You are highly sensitive, you are wondering if you are too sensitive?

I am a highly sensitive person – Am I too sensitive?

Being highly sensitive means you have the capacity…:

1. …to live intensely, creatively

You have the capacity to be enthusiastic, to live intensively, you will never get bored.

2. …to understand others without words

You have the capacity to understand others, feel the emotions of others even if they don’t express their emotions.

3. …to detect danger before others do!

Being highly sensitive also means you might feel the emotions, energy fields around you a little bit like animals do, having a keen intuition. As a highly sensitive person  you have the capacity to understand things even before others do; also to detect danger. You have the capacity of complex thoughts, to analyze complex situations, to pay attention to small details, even details that cannot be seen by the eyes of others.

4. … to use all your senses

Being highly sensitive means also having clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairaudient, clairsentient capacities, able to perceive, interpret energy.

5. …creating your ideal life easily

As you have a vivid imagination, creativity you can use this capacity to create your ideal life easily, to attract a happy, healthy & successful life, to make the world a better place.

Those are just some of your capacities! I truly believe, you have much more!

So what about being too sensitive?

My tip: ask yourself if you truly believe in this? From my experience, to live a different, happy, healthy & successful life it is helpful to stop labeling yourself as highly sensitive. What?! Yes, exactly. When I stopped labeling me things got better.
